The Platinum Club loyalty programme is our way of saying thank you to our loyal rail holiday clients for booking with us. Membership comes with a range of fabulous benefits for your next TMR holiday, along with the friendly service you’ve come to enjoy.

You don’t need to do anything to apply – if you’ve travelled with us three times, including at least once in the past four years, you’ll automatically qualify. We’ll send you a welcome pack with your membership details.

You’ll remain a member of the club as long as you book a holiday with us within a four-year period.

  • You’ll automatically join the TMR Platinum Club after your third Tailor Made Rail holiday. We keep track of completed trips in our system, there’s nothing you need to do.
  • To keep your membership active, just travel with us again within four years of your last trip. 
  • Only holidays you complete count. If you cancel a trip, it won’t go towards membership.
  • Membership is offered at our discretion and based on our records. We may change, pause, or withdraw it at any time without notice.
  • Any gifts or extras included in Platinum Club membership are subject to availability and may change from what was originally offered. We reserve the right to change or remove them.
  • Membership is just for you – it can’t be transferred, shared, or combined with someone else’s bookings.
  • We base your membership on our booking records. If anything looks incorrect, just get in touch and we’ll take a look.
  • By being a member, you agree to receive occasional updates and offers related to the club. We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Statement.
  • We may update or close the Platinum Club at any time, including changes to the terms, benefits, or who qualifies.
