Simply recommend us to someone, and if they book, we’ll add a complimentary special treat to your next holiday. And, we’ll extend the offer to them too.

How it works.

• To take advantage, you need to have travelled with us before.
• Your friend needs to mention your name, and the offer, when they book for our consultants to verify. Once verified, our consultant will apply the offer to their booking.
• Contact us with their name and booking reference when you book, and we’ll apply the offer to your next booking.
• If you haven’t booked another holiday yet, we’ll apply it to your next one.

Your special treat!

Our holidays span so many destinations, trains and routes that we simply can’t guarantee the same treat on all holidays! 

Whatever we choose for your treat will have a monetary value of up to £100 per booking – be it a bottle of champagne in your room, a private transfer, attraction tickets or a room upgrade.

We’ll let you know before you leave exactly what you’ll find waiting for you on your holiday. Or, you could opt to leave it as a surprise.

You can also suggest they sign up to our regular newsletter, full of new holiday suggestions, tips for travelling by train, offers and access to our Tailor Made Rail events. We send emails every 2 – 4 weeks. 

Refer as many friends as you like!

There is no limit to the number of times you can refer us – you’ll receive a treat for each additional friend who makes a booking. If your next holiday is over a week in duration, you can opt to have more than one treat applied. Or, you can opt to save one for a future booking.

Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible for this offer, you must have previously booked and travelled with Tailor Made Rail
• The referred friend must be new to Tailor Made Rail and not have booked or travelled previously with us
• Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be claimed retrospectively
• Booking value for both the referring friend and receiving friend must be over £600 per person and include at least 4 nights of hotel accommodation to be eligible
• Tailor Made Rail will decide the nature of the treat. No alternatives will be offered or discussion entered into
• This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to a discount or cash alternative
• Additional treats will be applied to the referrer’s next booking for each new friend who books, according to holiday duration – as outlined below:
  • If your booking is 7 nights or less, 1 treat can be applied
  • If your booking is between 8 and 14 nights, 2 treats can be applied
  • If you booking is more than 14 nights, 3 treats can be applied
  • Contact us if you have more than 3 referrals
• Offer applies to adults only
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, such as Excellence Club member benefits
• Tailor Made Rail reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice
