We wouldn’t be here without our loyal customers and to thank you for your ongoing support, we offer membership to our Excellence Club for all customers who have travelled with TMR three times or more AND travelled with us in the last 24 months.

Membership of the club includes the following benefits:

• A dedicated TMR Excellence Club phone number
• A dedicated post-booking concierge service
• Exclusive events and offers
• Room upgrades (subject to availability)
• TMR Excellence Club luggage labels and pen with your next ticket pack
• A gift voucher on your birthday!

Once you’ve come back from your third trip with us, you’re automatically an Excellence Club member and will continue to enjoy the benefits of the club as long as you travel again at least once in every three-year period. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter, so that you can stay up-to-date with news and exclusive Excellence Club offers.

Terms & Conditions

• After you have returned from your third trip with us, you will automatically be enrolled in the Excellence Club membership scheme
• To continue your membership, you’ll need to travel within three years of your last TMR trip.
• A holiday which is booked but subsequently cancelled will not count towards membership
• Tailor Made Rail reserves the right to change or withdraw membership at any time and without notice. Membership is offered at our discretion based on our records of each individual’s previous bookings with us.
• Room upgrades are offered subject to availability and at our discretion
• Gift vouchers are offered for the lead passenger’s birthday but will vary in value depending on the number of adult travellers on the last booking. For example, someone who travelled alone on their last trip will receive a £50 voucher. A couple who travelled will receive £100 (on the lead passenger’s birthday). Only one voucher per household. Only applies to lead passenger’s household.
