Suggested Itinerary
Catch a flight today from London Heathrow to Prague. We can also look at other UK airports if you would prefer. On arrival in Prague, you’ll be met by a private transfer which will take you to your accommodation, the Liberty Hotel (or similar), where you have a 3-night stay.
Nicknamed ‘the City of a Hundred Spires’, Prague has an illustrious history dating back a thousand years. Its medieval castle has been the seat of Bohemian kings, Holy Roman Emperors and to this day, the president of the Czech Republic.
Other attractions include the stunning Old Town with its famous Astronomical Clock as well as the funicular cableway up to Petrin Hill for fabulous city views.
Leave your hotel this morning and take a private transfer to Prague Hlavni station where you’ll board the magnificent Venice Simplon-Orient-Express for an overnight journey back to Paris. Settle into your cabin and then enjoy a 3-course lunch in one of the stunning onboard restaurants.
Return to your cabin and watch the passing scenery roll by. Your steward will serve you a delicious goûter in your cabin before you begin dressing up for a sumptuous 4-course dinner. This can be followed perhaps by a night cap in the inviting bar car before returning to your cabin for the night.
A continental breakfast is brought to you by your steward to enjoy in your cabin today before you pull into Paris at the end of your wonderful overnight journey. Make your way to the Gare du Nord, where you’ll catch a Eurostar service back to London.
