Our Holidays with La Dolce Vita Orient Express
Compartments
Combining elegance and 1960s vibrant decor, the deluxe cabins and suite cabins aboard La Dolce Vita are designed with comfort in mind. All cabins have wood-beamed ceilings and carpeted floors along with en suite facilities and double sofa beds. A steward is on call for all your requirements including 24 hour room service from a menu of tempting Italian delicacies.
There are 12 Deluxe Cabins on the train, all with en suite bathrooms. These feature wood-beamed ceilings and carpeted floors with the same enchanting design as the rest of the train. The comfortable sofa where you can watch the world pass by your window becomes a double bed at night, while the footstools transition into coffee tables and stools.
Choose one of 18 Suites and enjoy spacious accommodation with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and a private bathroom. These are all designed with vibrant accents of terracotta, orange and purple, along with brass finishes. Smoked mirrors, glossy lacquered ceilings, and luxuriant carpet and curtains, alongside lighting fixtures by renowned designers, give the space a timeless elegance.
Dining and Lounges
Experience a true taste of Italy with dishes curated by three-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck. Menus are created to celebrate Italy’s diverse culinary regions and traditions. The restaurant car features stunning geometric design and glossy lacquered walls, embellished by soft lighting for a truly relaxing setting.
Guests on board La Dolce Vita Orient Express are treated to a homemade Italian breakfast each morning, including freshly squeezed fruit juice, Italian coffee, Sicilian brioche and artisanal jams. Throughout the day, there is also the lounge and bar cars where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the passing scenery.
